Terms of Use for the Generative Design Optimising Early Stage Workflows for Architects Report

Full payment must be received before access to the REPORT is granted. All payments are non-refundable except as provided below.
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
If the REPORT was not delivered due to an error on our part.
If the REPORT contains material defects that significantly impact its usability.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase, providing detailed reasoning and evidence of the issue. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit your right under any applicable consumer law.
The REPORT is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ADDD does not guarantee:

ADDD reserves the right to terminate your license granted under these terms and conditions, or restrict your access to the REPORT if;
You violate these Terms;
Included but not limited to unauthorised use or distribution of the REPORT;
Or you engage in any fraudulent activity related to your purchase;
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the UK.
ADDD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by providing notice to you. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, we will notify users by email if we update the terms, and your continued use of the REPORT constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
